Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISTRIBUIDOR DE FIBRAS"<D>. Caixa de formação (1) é divulgada para um aparelho para formação a seco de um tecido fibroso, para, por exemplo, preparação de papel. A caixa de formação (1) é dotada de uma nuvem de fibras transportadas pelo ar via tubos de transferência (6). Sob a caixa de formação (1), um arame de formação (3) e uma caixa de vácuo (5) são colocados. A fim de obter uma capacidade muito alta como uma possibilidade para a manipulação de fibras muito longas, a caixa de formação é preparada sem uma rede ou uma placa de fundo. Em seu lugar, a caixa de formação (1) tem um fundo aberto para liberação do material de fibra no arame de formação (3). Na caixa de formação, roletes giratórios com pontas (7) são estabelecidos de tal maneira que eles cobrem substancialmente toda a área seccional transversal da caixa de formação. Os roletes giratórios com pontas têm parecido tornar possível obter uma capacidade muito grande de tecido fibroso uniforme formado no arame de formação e no momento torna possível manipular fibras muito longas.
