Abstract

"SEQUêNCIA DE ADN, GENE QUIMéRICO, PROTEìNA DE FUSãO, VETOR DE CLONAGEM OU DE EXPRESSãO, PROCESSO DE TRANSFORMAçãO DE CéLULAS VEGETAIS, CéLULA VEGETAL, PLANTA TRANSFORMADA, SEMENTE, PROCESSO DE CONTROLE DAS ERVAS DANINHAS EM UMA SUPERFìCIE DE UM CAMPO E PROCESSO DE CULTURA DAS PLANTAS TRANSFORMADAS COM UM GENE QUIMéRICO" A presente invenção trata de uma seq³ência de ADN, elemento de regulação em 5' que permite a expressão de um gene heterólogo em uma célula vegetal de planta monocotiledónea, caracterizado pelo fato de compreender no sentido da transcrição uma primeira seq³ência de ADN, fragmento funcional da seq³ência do promotor H3C4 de milho, e uma segunda seq³ência de ADN, fragmento funcional da seq³ência do primeiro íntron da actina de arroz. A presente invenção trata também de um gene quimérico que compreende a referida seq³ência de ADN e as plantas transformadas com o referido gene.
