"PROCESSO QUE PERMITE REDUZIR A FREQuêNCIA DOS EVENTOS DE RECOMBINAçãO HOMóLOGA INTRA- OU INTERMOLECULAR ENTRE O áCIDO NUCLEICO CROMOSSÈMICO DE UMA CéLULA, QUE CODIFICA PARA FUNçõES DE COMPLEMENTAçãO DE UM ADENOVIRUS DEFECTIVO, E DO áCIDO NUCLEICO EXTRACROMOSSÈMICO QUE COMPREENDE O GENOMA DO DITO ADENOVIRUS DEFECTIVO, PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE ADENOVìRUS RECOMBINANTES DEFECTIVOS, ADENOVìRUS RECOMBINANTE DEFECTIVO E CéLULA QUE COMPREENDE UM ADENOVìRUS DEFECTIVO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo que permite reduzir os eventos de recombinação entre ácidos nucleicos. Ela também se refere à aplicação deste processo na produção de vírus defectivos não contaminados por partículas replicativas. A invenção também se refere a novas construções virais.
