Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES DE REVESTIMENTO TERMOENDURECìVEIS EM Pó, VERNIZES E TINTAS, PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO DE POUCO BRILHO SOBRE UM ARTIGO, REVESTIMENTOS ACETINADOS E OPACOS, E, ARTIGOS" Composições de revestimento termoendurecíveis em pó que compreendem (a) um poliéster amorfo que contém grupos carboxila, rico em ácido isoftálico e em neopentilglicol, eventualmente ramificado por um ácido policarboxílico ou por um poliol que contém pelo menos 3 grupos funcionais; (b) um poliéster semicristalino amorfo que contém grupos carboxila preparado partindo de um ou de diversos ácidos dicarboxílicos alifáticos saturados com cadeia linear e de um diol alifártico saturado com cadeia linear ou cíclica eventualmente ramificado por um ácido policarboxílico ou por um poliol que contém pelo menos 3 grupos funcionais e que tem um ponto de fusão (Tm) de pelo menos 40°C e um índice de ácido de 5 a 50 mg de KOH / g e (c) um agente de reticulação. Estas composições são úteis para a preparação de tintas e de vernizes em pó que fornecem revestimentos de excelente qualidade cujo brilho, medido sob um ângulo de 60°, de acordo com a norma ASTM D 523 é sempre inferior a 50%, ou seja revestimentos acetinados ou opacos.
