Abstract

"AQUECEDOR DE PROCESSO, E, PROCESSO PARA PROPORCIONAR CALOR A UMA REAçãO DE PROCESSO". é proporcionado um aquecedor de processo que utiliza combustão sem chama, o aquecedor de processo possuindo: uma câmara de reação de oxidação (8), a câmara de reação de oxidação (4) possuindo uma entrada para o oxidante, uma saída para os produtos da combustão (15), e um caminho de fluxo entre a entrada e a saída; um conduto de combustível (5) capaz de transportar uma mistura combustível até numerosos bocais de combustível (6) dentro da câmara de reação de oxidação (4), cada bocal proporcionando uma comunicação de dentro do conduto de combustível para a câmara de oxidação, com cada bocal ao longo do caminho de fluxo entre a entrada e a saída; um pré-aquecedor (7) em comunicação com a entrada da câmara de oxidação, o pré-aquecedor capaz de aumentar a temperatura do oxidante até a temperatura que resulta dos combinados oxidante e combustível do bocal de combustível mais próximo da entrada de câmara de oxidação sendo maior que a temperatura de auto-ignição dos combinados oxidante e combustível do bocal de combustível mais próximo da entrada da câmara de oxidação; e uma câmara de processo com uma relação de troca de calor com a câmara de reação de oxidação na qual o calor transferido da seção de oxidação não faz com que a temperatura da mistura dentro da câmara de reação de oxidação na vizinhança de cada bocal de combustível diminua abaixo da temperatura de auto-ignição da mistura combinada na câmara de oxidação na vizinhança daquele bocal de combustível.
