Claims (26)
- 第1導管及び前記第1導管の内部に配置される第2導管を含む本体;
前記第2導管に形成されて、前記第2導管の内部で燃料を燃焼させて熱エネルギーを発生させる熱源部;
前記第1導管及び前記第2導管の間の領域に改質触媒を充填して形成されて、前記燃料の改質反応によって水素を含む改質ガスを発生させる改質反応部;及び
前記本体を囲むように設置されて、前記熱源部から排出される前記燃料の燃焼ガスを前記改質反応部の外側に流動させるハウジング;を含む、燃料改質装置。 - 前記ハウジング及び前記第1導管の間の領域に前記燃焼ガスを流動させる流動経路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料改質装置。

前記熱エネルギーを利用した燃料の改質反応によって水素を含む改質ガスを発生させる改質反応部;
前記熱源部及び前記改質反応部の全体を囲むように設置されて、前記熱源部で発生する熱エネルギーを断熱するメイン断熱部材;及び
前記熱源部から排出される前記燃料の燃焼ガスが集中的に接触する前記メイン断熱部材の一部分に設置される補助断熱部材;を含むことを特徴とする燃料改質装置。 - 前記メイン断熱部材はハウジング形態からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の燃料改質装置。
- 前記補助断熱部材は、
前記メイン断熱部材の一部分に付着される少なくとも1つの断熱板からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の燃料改質装置。 - 前記メイン断熱部材及び前記補助断熱部材は、ステンレス鋼、ジルコニウム、アルミニウム、及びセラミックのうちいずれか1つの断熱素材からなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の燃料改質装置。
- 前記メイン断熱部材は、前記一部分側に形成される収容部を含み、
前記補助断熱部材は、前記収容部に埋込まれるように設置される断熱材からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の燃料改質装置。 - 前記断熱材はガラス繊維からなることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の燃料改質装置。
- 第1導管及び前記第1導管の内部に配置される第2導管を含む本体;
前記第2導管に形成されて、前記第2導管の内部で燃料を燃焼させて熱エネルギーを発生させる熱源部;
前記第1導管及び前記第2導管の間の領域に改質触媒を充填して形成されて、燃料の改質反応によって水素を含む改質ガスを発生させる改質反応部;
前記本体を囲むように設置されて、前記熱源部で発生する前記熱エネルギーを断熱して、前記熱源部から排出される前記燃料の燃焼ガスを前記改質反応部の外側に流動させるメイン断熱部材;及び
前記燃焼ガスが集中的に接触する前記メイン断熱部材の一部分に設置される補助断熱部材;を含む、燃料改質装置。 - 前記メイン断熱部材は、
前記第1導管より管路断面積が大きく、前記第1導管に相応するハウジング形態からなり、前記第1導管の間の領域に前記燃焼ガスを流動させる流動経路を形成する、請求項16に記載の燃料改質装置。 - 前記メイン断熱部材は、
前記流動経路に沿って流動する前記燃焼ガスを排出するための少なくとも1つの排出口を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の燃料改質装置。 - 前記補助断熱部材は、
前記メイン断熱部材の一部分に付着される少なくとも1つの断熱板からなることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の燃料改質装置。 - 前記メイン断熱部材は、前記一部分側に形成される収容部を含み、
前記補助断熱部材は、前記収容部に埋込まれるように設置される断熱材からなることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の燃料改質装置。 - 前記熱源部は、
前記第2導管の一側端部に連結されるように設置されて、前記第2導管の内部で前記燃料を空気と共に着火燃焼させるトーチ部材;
前記トーチ部材に形成されて、前記燃料及び空気を前記第2導管の内部に注入するための第1注入口;及び
前記第2導管の他側端部に形成されて、前記燃焼ガスを前記第1導管及び前記メイン断熱部材の間の領域に排出するための第1排出口;を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の燃料改質装置。 - 前記補助断熱部材は、
前記第1排出口に対応する前記メイン断熱部材の内側面に付着されように設置される少なくとも1つの断熱板を含むことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の燃料改質装置。 - 前記メイン断熱部材は、前記第1排出口に対応する一側端部に形成される収容部を含み、
前記補助断熱部材は、前記収容部に埋込まれるように設置される断熱材からなることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の燃料改質装置。 - 前記熱源部は、
前記第2導管の内部に酸化触媒を充填して形成されて、前記酸化触媒による前記燃料及び空気の酸化反応によって前記熱エネルギーを発生させる構造からなることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の燃料改質装置。 - 前記熱源部は、
前記第2導管の一側端部に形成されて、前記燃料及び空気を前記第2導管の内部に注入するための第1注入口;及び
前記第2導管の他側端部に形成されて、前記燃焼ガスを前記第1導管及び前記メイン断熱部材の間の領域に排出するための第1排出口;を含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の燃料改質装置。 - 前記改質反応部は、
前記第1導管の一側端部に形成されて、前記燃料を前記第1導管及び前記第2導管の間の領域に注入するための第2注入口;及び
前記第1導管の他側端部に形成されて、前記改質ガスを排出するための第2排出口;を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の燃料改質装置。
