Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PLACA COMPOSTA DE NúCLEO EM ESPUMA PARA UTILIZAçãO EM PAREDES E PORTAS DE REBOQUE"<D>. Placa composta nova (20) é utilizada para formar uma parede (28, 30) ou uma porta (32) de um veículo, tal como o reboque (22) ou uma van. Cada placa composta (20) utilizada no reboque (22) é formada a partir de um par de revestimento metálicos (40, 42), tal como alumínio ou aço, que tem um elemento núcleo plástico térmico espumado (44) ensanduíchado entre eles. Os revestimentos (40, 42) são ligados ao elemento núcleo (44) por um adesivo flexível conhecido (46). O elemento núcleo plástico térmico espumado (44) é resiliente e pode ser feito a partir de plástico térmico de alta densidade espumado ou de plástico térmico de baixa densidade espumado. A formação de espuma do elemento núcleo (44) na presente invenção reduz o peso da placa composta (20) contra placas compostas de núcleo plástico sólido da técnica precedente, e proporciona aumento na resistência ao descascamento da placa composta (20), contra placas compostas de núcleo plástico sólido da técnica precedente.
