Abstract

"MECANISMO DE EMBALAGEM A VáCUO, E, PROCESSO DEACONDICIONAR MATERIAIS PARTICULADOS EM UMRECIPIENTE". Uma camisa de vácuo (10) define uma cavidadeinterna (18), em que os materiais particulados são embaladosatravés da pressão do vácuo. Em uso, a camisa (10) de vácuo eposicionada dentro do recipiente (16) e a extremidade aberta (15)da camisa (10) é colocada em contato com uma superfície (17), talque um compartimento de vácuo estanque seja criado. O materialparticulado é suprido através da porta (26) à cavidade interna (18),enquanto a pressão de vácuo é aplicada. O material particulado éadensado dentro da cavidade interna (18) sob a pressão de vácuoe, quando o volume/quantidade do particulado é alcançado, apressão de vácuo cessa, e a camisa de vácuo (10) é retirada dorecipiente (16). Para intensificar o enchimento os meios de filtragem(20, 22) dentro da camisa de vácuo (10) podem ser periodicamentepulsados com ar ou outros gases adequados, para remover bolosde particulados do material do filtro (20, 22).
