Abstract

<B>MéTODO DE RE-REFINAR óLEO RESIDUAL POR DESTILAçãO E EXTRAçãO<D> Processo para recuperar óleo básico de viscosidade lubrificante de óleo usado no qual, seguindo um pré tratamento opcional, o óleo usado é re-refinado por destilação feita em aparelho de destilação possuindo pratos múltiplos teóricos. As impurezas são então extraídas da fração ou frações de destilado com faixa lubrificante com um extractor líquido, tal como N-Metil-2-Pirrolidona (NMP), a uma temperatura abaixo da temperatura de miscibilidade completa do extractor e do óleo, se existir. O óleo e o extractor são então separados, no que o extractor é reutilizado no processo e o óleo é submetido a um tratamento posterior, caso necessário, para usos pretendidos.
