Abstract

"PROCESSO DE CULTIVO QUE PROPORCIONA MANUTENçãO DE CéLULAS GERMINAIS PRIMITIVAS DE AVE POR PERìODOS PROLONGADOS, PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE AVES QUIMéRICAS, E, LINHAGEM CELULAR DE PGC DE AVE". Um sistema de cultura para manutenção de PGCs de ave por longos períodos em cultura de tecido é proporcionado. Este sistema de cultura usa LIF, bFGF, IGF-I e SCF. As PGCs resultantes são úteis para a produção de aves quiméricas e transgênicas, em particular, de galinhas ou perus.
