Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA O RESFRIAMENTO DE UM ANEL DE MUNHãO DE FORNO A OXIGêNIO BáSICO"<D>. Trata-se de um método e aparelho para o resfriamento de um anel de munhão BOF por meio de vaporização. Uma névoa de água é injetada dentro do espaço interno do anel de munhão onde ela é vaporizada quando do contato com uma superfície interna quente. A transferência de calor da vaporização resfria o anel de munhão e o vapor de água quente é vazada para a atmosfera.
