Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO CONTìNUA DE DIHIDROXIDIFENILALCANOS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método para a produção contínua de dihidroxidifenilalcanos (bisfenóis) pela reação de fenol fresco e fenol obtido pela dissociação de subprodutos com isoalquenilfenol e cetona. A mistura de reação é, assim, destilada e fornece bisfenol extremamente puro. Os resíduos e destilados contendo os subprodutos são submetidos a dissociação básica e eventualmente subseq³ente separação ácida. Os produtos de dissociação que se constituem basicamente de isoalquenilfenol e fenol são eventualmente reagidos após purificação com o fenol obtido durante a purificação do bisfenol para fornecer bisfenol e o resíduo obtido pela dissociação é removido.
