Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA O ENCHIMENTO DE EMBALAGENS"<D>. Na ocasião do enchimento de embalagens (4), especialmente barris, com líquidos, nos quais é dissolvido pelo menos um gás, a embalagem (4) antes do enchimento do líquido é pretensionada com um gás de pretensionamento, em seguida um líquido é conduzido à embalagem (4) por meio de uma válvula de enchimento (2) ligada a uma linha de alimentação (3, 8) de uma estação de enchimento (1), e durante o processo de enchimento é removido o gás de pretensionamento contido na embalagem (4). Um processamento de produto económico e ecológico é garantido pelo fato de que o gás de pretensionamento na embalagem (4) só é pretensionado para uma pressão parcial que corresponde aproximadamente à pressão de saturação do CO~ 2~ ou N~ 2~ dissolvido no líquido enchido, e que a velocidade de débito de passagem na linha de alimentação de produto é medida e regulada diretamente através de um ajuste do fluxo de volume de produto.
