Abstract

"PROCESSO DE SìNTESE DE HIDROCARBONETOS EM SUSPENSãO PARA FORMAR HIDROCARBONETOS". Produtos hidrocarbonetos líquidos são filtrados e removidos de uma suspensão de síntese de hidrocarbonetos com três fases que compreendem bolhas de gás e sólidos particulados de catalisador presentes em um liquido de hidrocarbonetos, pela circulação da suspensão através de um duto descendente desprendedor de gás imerso na suspensão para uma zona de filtração externa ou interna ao reator, retornando em seguida para a suspensão no reator. O desprendimento do gás torna mais densa a suspensão a qual é passada ao longo da superfície de filtração em condições de elevado fluxo, de modo a reduzir o acúmulo de sólidos no filtro, na forma de uma torta de filtro. Liquid hydrocarbon products are filtered and removed from a three-phase hydrocarbon synthesis suspension comprising gas bubbles and particulate catalyst solids present in a hydrocarbon liquid, by circulating the suspension through a descending duct dropping gas immersed in the suspension to a filtration zone external or internal to the reactor, then returning to the suspension in the reactor. The release of the gas thickens the suspension which is passed along the filtration surface under conditions of high flow, in order to reduce the accumulation of solids in the filter, in the form of a filter cake. Circulation through the filtration zone occurs by gravity and for hydrostatic reasons due to the difference in density of the suspensions. The descending duct can also be a descending duct reducing gas and solids.
