Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"FORMAS DE DOSAGEM COMPREENDENDO PORçõES SEPARADAS DE R-E S-ENANCIÈMEROS"<D> Uma forma de dosagem farmacêutica compreende, em uma porção da mesma, um (+)-enanciiómero substancialmente simples de droga quiral sem ser verapamil e, em uma outra porção separada da mesma, um (-)-enanciómero substancialmente simples da droga, em que, em uso, os diferentes enaciómeros são liberados a diferentes taxas da forma de dosagem. A forma de dosagem é útil para administração de drogas quirais em que ambos os ananciómeros têm uma entrada farmacológica válida e em que uma vantagem clínica pode ser realizada por controle das taxas de liberação daqueles enanciómeros. Exemplos de tais drogas incluem, em particular, tramadol e warfarina.
