Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"VEDAçãO ELáSTICA EM FORMATO DE FOLE"<D>. é apresentada uma vedação elástica em forma de fole que é empregada para vedar a superfície de contato ao menos entre dois componentes de construção móveis um em relação ao outro, apresentando zonas de encosto com reduzido índice de elasticidade, bem como uma zona de deformação de maior índice de elasticidade, comparada com as zonas de encosto, sendo que, no lado interno, virado na direção dos componentes de construção móveis, esta zona de deformação define uma câmara para receber lubrificantes. Ao menos na região de uma das duas zonas de encosto (6 ou 7) com reduzido índice de elasticidade, está previsto um dispositivo de descarga de sobrepressão (I4). O dispositivo de descarga de sobrepressão (I4) apresenta ao menos uma abertura de escoamento (I5) que une a câmara do lubrificante (II) com o lado externo da vedação (I), bem como um elemento de fechamento (I6) que encobre esta abertura de descarga. O elemento de fecho (I6), por sua vez, está configurado inteiriço com a vedação (I), e em virtude da elasticidade específica do material da vedação, veda a abertura de descarga (I5) até uma sobrepressão limite no interior da câmara de lubrificante (II).
