Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM CONDUTOR óTICO"<D>. A invenção é relativa a um processo de fabricação de um condutor ótico no qual expõe-se a uma radiação UV uma mistura de uma resina e de um fotoiniciador a fim de formar, por reticulação, o revestimento do condutor ótico. A reticulação é efetuada por deslocamento a uma velocidade de pelo menos 10 m/min, do condutor (10) diante de uma fonte UV. A invenção prevê uma primeira fonte (18) que emite uma radiação UV monocromática para efetuar principalmente uma reticulação em superfície, e uma segunda fonte UV (20) de espectro amplo que compreende comprimentos de ondas maiores que o comprimento de onda da fonte monocromática, de modo a efetuar uma reticulação principalmente em volume.
