Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE PADRõES SEPARADOS DE REVESTIMENTOS ADESIVOS SOBRE UM SUBSTRATO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de padrões separados de um revestimento adesivo sobre um substrato, que compreende as etapas a seguir: (a) mover continuamente ou descontinuamente o substrato em um dispositivo transportador; (b) aplicar no plano um material precursor polimerizável e/ou reticulável de baixa viscosidade de um material adesivo através de pelo menos uma abertura substancialmente configurada na forma de uma fenda de um dispositivo de aplicação móvel ao substrato, sendo que é produzido um padrão por movimento do dispositivo de aplicação em relação ao substrato e (c) o material precursor aplicado é polimerizado e/ou reticulado a jusante da área de aplicação.
