Abstract
<B>"CIRCUITO DE CONTROLE LIMITADOR PROGRAMáVEL PARA AMPLIFICADORES DE GANHO VARIáVEL."<D> O circuito de controle de ganho automático (AGC) de entrada e voltagens de referência (REF), são convertidos em correntes e fornecidos como entradas diferenciais a um amplificador de corrente. O amplificador de corrente afere essas correntes de modo proporcional à temperatura absoluta. O princípio translinear é usado para produzir o amplificador de corrente e assegurar a linearidade das correntes de saída diferencial. Essas correntes são depois convertidas em voltagens, por meio dos elementos resistores. O resultado é aplicado a um par diferencial simples que produz duas correntes de controle de circuito de controle de ganho automático (AGC), que seguem a função de tangente hiperbólica. As duas correntes de controle de AGC são iguais quando as entradas de AGC forem 3/4 do valor de referência. A resposta de ganho global é bem modelada por meio de uma função de segundo grau e é auto-limitante em altos valores de ganho.
