Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"TUBO RECURVADO DE DESCARGA DE GáS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um tubo recurvado de descarga de gás com um segmento extremo (4) recurvado no qual agregam-se, através de ajustagem (7, 8), pelo menos dois segmentos em T (5, 6).O segmento extremo (4) e os segmentos em T (5,6) apresentam, cada um, uma conexão de flange (9 ou 11, 12) assim como uma conexão tubular (10 ou 13, 14). Cada segmento em T (5,6) possui além disso uma luva de ajustagem (15, 16). A luva de ajustagem (15, 16) é moldada com conformação por meio de alta pressão interna no raio externo (R~ a~) de um arco tubular (17, 18). Para isso é formado, no arco tubular (17, 18) na região de curvatura (19, 20) do raio externo (R~ a~) situado entre a conexão de flange (11, 12) e a conexão tubular (13, 14), uma luva abaulada com meios hidráulicos sendo que esta luva é aberta a seguir por meio de um corte de serra. Com base no fato de que os segmentos em T (5, 6) são formados a partir de um arco tubular (17, 18) com luva de ajustagem (15, 16) moldada com meios hidráulicos, o comprimento das conexões de flanges (11, 12) pode ser construídos com o comprimento necessário sem limitar este comprimento através da formação por meio de técnica hidráulica.
