Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>''CONDUTOR óTICO E TIRA DE CONDUTORES óTICOS''<D>. A invenção refere-se a um condutor ótico e a uma tira de condutores óticos. O condutor ótico é do tipo monomodal. Ele compreende uma fibra ótica (12) coberta por uma camada primária (14), ela própria circundada por uma camada secundária. Para reduzir o custo de fabricação do condutor, a camada secundária possui uma parte externa (18) feita de material termoplástico, cuja viscosidade aparente na temperatura de fusão é no máximo de cerca de 100 Pascal-segundo a uma velocidade de cisalhamento pelo menos igual a 100 s^-1^. A camada primária (14) e a parte interna (16) da camada secundária são por exemplo feitas de uma resina reticulável com ultravioletas.
