Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE CORPOS CRUS POR PRENSAGEM SEMI-úMIDA E CORPO CRU". A presente invenção fornece um processo de preparação de corpos crus por prensagem semi-úmida, tendo resistência úmida melhorada. A resistência úmida de corpos crus preparados por prensagem semi-úmida é aumentada pela adição de pelo menos um ligante polimérico de peso molecular maior que 50000 compreendendo, como unidade poliméricas, pelo menos 10 porcento de um ou mais ácidos monoetilenicamente insaturados, sais, ou anidridos, e compreendendo além disso pelo menos um hidrófobo por cadeia polimérica, em média. A presente invenção além disso fornece corpos crus preparados por prensagem semi-úmida, tendo resistência úmida melhorada, fabricados pelo processo acima. Em uma forma de realização, o ligante polimérico aumenta a resistência úmida de corpos crus cerâmicos. Em forma de realização, o ligante polimérico aumenta a resistência úmida de corpos crus metalúrgicos. Em outra forma de realização, o ligante poliméricos aumenta a resistência úmida de corpos crus cermets.
