Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE PRODUTOS DE PAPEL SANITáRIO A PARTIR DE JORNAIS RECICLADOS". Método de fabricação de produtos de papel sanitário a partir de jornais reciclados que inclui as etapas de: (a) polpação dos jornais em água em agitação para produzir uma pasta de polpa, tendo a polpa dos jornais um conteúdo médio de pó de minério superior cerca de 40% e uma Soltura Canadense Padrão menor do que aproximadamente 250.; (b) lavagem da polpa, através do que o conteúdo de pó de minério é reduzido a menos do que aproximadamente 35 % e a Soltura Canadense Padrão é aumentado para mais do que aproximadamente 300; (c) introdução da polpa tratada, com uma consistência adequada à fabricação de papel, no tonel principal de uma máquina de fabricação de papel; (d) adição de cerca de 0,01% a 1,5% de um sistema tensoativo à polpa tratada; e (e) utilização da polpa tratada em um processo de fabricação de papel para fabricar produtos de papel sanitário.
