Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE POLPA A PARTIR DEMATERIAL CONTENDO LIGNOCELULOSE". Um processo para aprodução de polpa usando uma deslignificação alcalina érevelado, onde o material celulósico é inicialmente tratado comvapor, e um agente de quelação é acrescentado em conjunto como tratamento por vapor. O pH final do estágio de tratamento porvapor é abaixo de 5. Os licores contendo os quelados, os assimchamados compostos de não-processo não são reciclados noprocesso de formação de polpa, mas expelidos dele paraprocessamento posterior onde os compostos de não-processo sãoeliminados.
