Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA TIRA OU LâMINA DE AçO"<D>. Processo para a produção de uma tira ou lâmina de aço, no qual o aço líquido é fundido em uma máquina de fundição contínua para formar uma chapa fina e, enquanto fazendo uso do calor da fundição, é alimentada através de um dispositivo de forno, é desbastada em uma plataforma de desbaste para uma espessura de transposição e é novamente laminada em uma plataforma de laminação de acabamento para formar uma tira ou lâmina de aço da espessura final desejada, no qual (a) para produzir uma tira de aço ferriticamente laminada, a tira, a chapa ou uma parte dela é alimentada sem interrupção pelo menos a partir dos dispositivo de forno, em velocidades que essencialmente correspondem à velocidade de entrada para dentro da plataforma de desbate e nas reduções seguintes na espessura, da plataforma de desbaste para um dispositivo de processamento que fica disposto a jusante da plataforma de laminação de acabamento, a tira que sai da plataforma de desbaste sendo resfriada para uma temperatura na qual o aço tem uma estrutura essencialmente ferrítica; (b) para produzir uma tira de aço austeniticamente laminada, a tira que sai do rolo de desbaste é trazida para ou mantida em uma temperatura na faixa austenítica, e na plataforma de laminação de acabamento ela é laminada para a espessura final essencialmente no campo austentíco e é depois resfriada, depois dessa laminação, para o campo ferrítico.
