Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"PROCESSO PARA O APROVEITAMENTO TéRMICO DE BORRAS DE CERVEJA"<D>. Nesse processo para a utilização térmica de borras de cerveja (1) úmidas, sendo que as borras de cerveja (1) úmidas são mecanicamente pré-secas em um primeiro estágio de secagem (2). Em um outro estágio de secagem (4) elas são termicamente secas, e finalmente, termicamente utilizadas mediante combustão ou gaseificação. Para que um tal processo seja economicamente viável, no outro estágio de secagem (4), as borras de cerveja (15) mecanicamente desidratadas são aquecidas com auxílio de um gás de descarga resultante no sistema de energia de uma cervejaria.
