Abstract

"COLAGENASE RECOMBINANTE DO TIPO I DE CLOSTRIDIUM HISTOLYTUCUM E O USO DA MESMA PARA O ISOLAMENTO DE CéLULAS E DE GRUPOS DE CéLULAS". Um polipeptídio com as propriedades da colagenase classe I do Clostridium histolyticum (CHC I) e a seq³ência de amino ácido SEQ ID NO: 2 que tem opcionalmente a terminação em N prolongada por um ou diversos amino ácidos da seq³ência SEQ ID NO: 3, é adequado de modo vantajoso para o isolamento de células a partir de tecidos de mamíferos e de tecidos de seres humanos.
