Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS CONTENDO CELULOSE BACTERIANA"<D>. São proporcionados métodos e composições para a produção de consumíveis, incluindo produtos alimentícios, usando-se as novas composições de celulose reticulada produzida bacterialmente (RC). As novas composições RC apresentam a propriedade de ser capaz de proporcionar as desejáveis funcionalidades aos alimentos, enquanto usando teores significativamente menores do que os tipicamente necessários para os aditivos alimentares com base em celulose convencional para proporcionar funcionalidades similares.
