Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MéTODO MELHORADO PARA ADETERMINAçãO DE LIPASE". A invenção refere-se a um métodoe um reagente para a determinação de lipase na presença de umsubstrato de cor e pelo menos um derivado de amida de ácidocarboxílico N-substituído de peso molecular inferior ou umcomposto da fórmula geral (I) ou (Ia). em que R^ 1^ e R^ 2^independentemente um do outro representam hidrogênio ou umresíduo de hidrocarboneto carboxilado opcionalmente, substituídoou não-substituído, saturado ou insaturado com 2 a 24 átomos decarbono, Z representa um resíduo de hidrocarboneto de cadeiareta ou cíclica, substituído ou não-substituído, saturado ouinsaturado com 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, X representa um átomoou um grupo de átomos com carga positiva e n é um número de 1a 3. Provou-se que atetrassódio-N-(1,2-dicarboxietil)N-alquil-sulfossuccinamida ou umamistura contendo tal composto era particularmente vantajosa paraa eliminação de reações não-específicas na determinação delipase em uma amostra biológica.
