Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"DERIVADOS DE 4-HIDROXI-PIPERIDINA"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de 4-hidróxi-piperidina de fórmula geral em que X representa -O-, -NH-, -CH~ 2~, -CHOH-, -CO-, -S-, -SO- OU - SO~ 2~-; R^ 1^ - R^ 4^ são, independentemente um do outro, hidrogênio, hidroxi, sulfonilamino-alquila inferior, 1- ou 2-imidazolila ou acetamido; R^ 5^ - R^ 8^ são, independentemente um do outro, hidrogênio, hidroxi, alquila inferior, alcoxi inferior, trifluorometila ou trifluorometiloxi; a e b podem ser uma ligação dupla, desde que, quando "a" for uma ligação dupla, "b" não poderá ser uma ligação dupla; n é 0 -2; m é 1-3; p é 0 ou 1 e seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis. Os compostos da presente invenção são bloqueadores seletivos do subtipo de receptor de NMDA (N-metil-D-aspartato) que podem ser utilizados na mediação de processos subjacentes do SNC, incluindo o aprendizado e a formação e função da memória.
