"SISTEMA PARA AUTENTICAçãO E GERENCIAMENTO SEGUROS DE INSTRUMENTOS E DOCUMENTOS REGISTRADOS DE CRéDITO", compreendendo: um documento personalizado (10) provido com um microprocessador para armazenar um código de identificação CIP do proprietário e informação das características biométricas do mesmo; meios para cessão do citado documento (10) ao proprietário; meios para emitir instrumentos (12) ou documentos de crédito registrados; meios para validar os instrumentos (12) de crédito, todos os citados meios sendo providos com um dispositivo para adquirir pelo menos uma característica biométrica do portador, os citados instrumentos (12) de crédito compreendendo pelo menos um código de segurança inequivocamente gerado pela utilização do código de identificação pessoal CIP como uma chave criptográfica; a citada informação sendo associada a uma expressão matemática dos dados da impressão digital de pelo menos um dedo do portador do citado documento (10); o reconhecimento para a emissão do instrumento (12) de crédito e a validação sendo obtidas pela comparação da informação recebida da leitura direta do dedo do portador e a aplicação da expressão matemática com aquela armazenada no documento (10).
