Abstract

"GARRA CIRúRGICA". A garra cirúrgica (1) na forma de uma garra intramedular, com um eixo geométrico central (2), é produzida de um material M, tendo uma resistência à tensão F~ z~, resistência à compressão F~ d~, densidade P~ 2~, e módulo de elasticidade E. Ela tem um furo transversal (3) estendendo-se transversalmente para o eixo geométrico central (2), e tendo uma seção transversal F e um eixo geométrico transversal (4), enquanto a seção transversal F tem um comprimento máximo a na direção do eixo geométrico central, e em ângulo reto para ele, uma largura máxima b. Um inserto (10) com o eixo geométrico longitudinal (13), produzido de material m, e tendo um módulo de elasticidade e que é menor do que o módulo de elasticidade E do material M, pode ser introduzido no furo transversal (3). Em adição, o inserto (10) tem um comprimento L na direção do eixo geométrico longitudinal (13), que satisfaz a condição L > 0,2D.
