"DISPOSITIVO DE AVALIAçãO DE TECNOLOGIA, PROGRAMA DE AVALIAçãO DE TECNOLOGIA, E MéTODO DE AVALIAçãO DE TECNOLOGIA". é revelado um dispositivo de avaliação de informação técnica para determinar se uma técnica objetiva tal como de ativos intangíveis de uma companhia alvo é ou não uma tecnologia inovadora através do uso de literaturas técnicas facilmente disponíveis revelando a informação técnica da técnica objetiva. O dispositivo de avaliação técnica da invenção possibilita analisar adequadamente o valor da companhia a ser pesquisada mediante consideração do valor da propriedade intangível da companhia de forma quantitativa e qualitativa com base nas literaturas técnicas. Taxas de similaridade das literaturas técnicas, a quais proporcionam uma indicação para se fazer a análise, podem ser obtidas mediante aquisição de palavras-chave contidas nas literaturas técnicas a serem pesquisadas, contagem do número de literaturas técnicas contendo as palavras-chave prescritas em um universo de literaturas técnicas, e cálculo da proporção de literaturas técnicas contendo as palavras-chave prescritas/número total de literaturas técnicas no universo.
