Abstract

"TRATAMENTO DE EFLUENTE DE REFUGO ANIMAL". Refugo animal tal como material fecal de suíno, galinha, peru e gado é convertido em formas úteis tal como fertilizante, outros tipos de formadores de sólido e até mesmo aditivos de alimento nutriente. Dispositivos, sistemas e métodos são providos, os quais permitem conversão económica e em muitos casos aliviam a produção e liberação de gases indesejados tal como sulfeto e amónia. Em uma modalidade, bactérias anaeróbicas indesejadas e anaeróbicas facultativas são mortas em uma taxa maior do que bactérias aeróbicas compatíveis com o solo desejáveis. O uso de morte em baixa temperatura diminui a evaporação geralmente associada com outras técnicas, e o uso de aditivos de aprisionamento de gás tal como zeólitos provê qualidades de formação de sólido aumentadas tal como liberação lenta de nitrogênio e liberação lenta de umidade ao solo. Os métodos permitem ajuste conveniente da composição, permitindo conversão de refugo em fertilizante projetado sob encomenda adequado para solos particulares. Outras modalidades provêem outras qualidades de formação de solo bem como qualidades de nutriente para alimentação em economia animal tal como aquacultura.
