Abstract

ESTRUTURA DE LUVA ALONGADA, LUVA ALONGADA PARA RECEBER ITENS ALONGADOS, MONTAGEM PARA RECEBER ITENS ALONGADOS, E, MéTODO PARA POSICIONAR E PROTEGER ITENS ALONGADOS DENTRO DE UM DUTO. é descrita uma estrutura de luva alongada (10) para a inserção e proteção de itens alongados (46) em um duto (31). A estrutura de luva (10) é formada de um tecido de luva flexível a partir de fios de urdume (20) e de preenchimento (22) para produzir camadas opostas (14 e 16) em relação estreitamente espaçada. As camadas (14 e 16) têm uma borda sem costura comum e são unidas ao longo de uma segunda borda por meio de um ponto de tricó formado por entrelaçamento de sucessivos cruzamentos do fio de preenchimento (22) que é comum a ambas camadas (14 e 16). As camadas (14 e 16) são de igual largura e são resilientemente separáveis em uma relação espaçada definindo um espaço central que acomoda itens alongados (36). Uma fita de puxar (36) é posicionada entre as camadas opostas para puxar os itens alongados através do espaço central de luva uma vez quando a estrutura de luva está posicionada dentro do duto (31).
