Abstract

"MéTODO DE TRATAMENTO SUPERFICIAL DE PRODUTOS DE TAMANHO LONGO, LINHA DE PRODUçãO E DISPOSITIVO PARA SUA EXECUçãO". A presente invenção se refere a um método de tratamento superficial de um produto, uma linha de produção tecnológica e a um dispositivo para aplicação a quente de revestimento sobre produtos de tamanho longo. A linha de produção para aplicação de revestimento em produtos de tamanho longo compreende um dispositivo de suprimento, uma unidade de preparação de superfície do produto, um dispositivo para aplicação contínua de revestimento, uma câmara de resfriamento e uma unidade de aceitação final do produto. O dispositivo para aplicação de revestimento compreende uma câmara (13) de aplicação de revestimento, fixada acima de um tanque (14) contendo material fundido. Na tampa (16) da câmara (13) , existe uma saída (19) para gerar uma descarga de pressão e na cobertura (12) do tanque (14) existe uma entrada (22). A câmara (13) é dotada de uma passagem de admissão vertical (20) mergulhada dentro do material fundido do tanque. Nas paredes da câmara (13) existem passagens (23) e (24) para transporte (2) do produto. Durante o estágio de processamento, o material fundido no tanque (14) e na câmara (13), ocupa níveis (25) e (26) correspondentes.
