Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA SUPORTAR SOLICITAçãO DE REPETIçãO AUTOMáTICA EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO DE DADOS DE PACOTE SEM FIO DE ALTA VELOCIDADE". é revelado um aparelho e método para suportar a solicitação de repetição automática (ARQ) em um sistema de comunicação de dados de pacote sem fio de alta velocidade. Uma estação móvel recebe informação de controle que inclui um identificador de subpacote (SP_ID) que representa a seq³ência de um subpacote, o tamanho do pacote de codificador (EP_SIZE), e um identificador de seq³ência (AI_SN) que é modificado de modo binário toda vez que um novo pacote de codificador é transmitido, enquanto recebe um de uma pluralidade de subpacotes gerados pela segmentação de um fluxo de bits adquiridos ao codificar o pacote de codificador de transmissão. A estação móvel determina se ela irá efetuar o processo de decodificação causado pela transmissão inicial ou o processo de decodificação causado pela retransmissão no subpacote recebido, com base na informação de controle.
