Abstract
"MéTODO PARA O HIDROPROCESSAMENTO DE UMA CARGA DE ALIMENTAçãO HIDROCARBONáCEA PESADA". Método para o hidroprocessamento de uma carga de alimentação hidrocarbonácea pesada em uma zona de reação (10) que compreende um leito (11) que contém um arranjo fixo de partículas porosas de catalisador por contato da carga de alimentação com um gás que contém hidrogênio sob condições que permitam a distribuição da carga de alimentação predominantemente em fase líquida sob condições super atmosféricas do processo a temperatura elevada sobre o leito do catalisador (11) para fluxo descendente em contato com as partículas de catalisador e introdução do gás que contém hidrogênio na zona de reação (10) abaixo do leito do catalisador (11) para se estabelecer contato em contracorrente do gás que flui em direção ascendente com o líquido que desce a retirando-se o líquido tratado abaixo do leito do catalisador (11) e retirando-se o fluido esgotado em hidrogênio acima do leito do catalisador (11), em cujo processo o leito do catalisador (11) tem uma fração de volume de vazios abaixo de 0,5, enquanto que é realizado o contato de líquido/gás em contracorrente sob condições que permitam que o número Péclet do líquido esteja na faixa de 0 e 10.
