"EMBALAGEM COM TOPO EM CUMEEIRA PARA PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS ESCOáVEIS, MéTODO PARA OBTER A MESMA, E, MATERIAL DE EMBALAGEM EM FOLHA". Uma embalagem com topo em cumeeira (1, 1', 1") para produtos alimentícios escoáveis, que compreende uma porção de topo em cumeeira (4) que inclui uma parede de topo que se inclina para a frente (10) e uma parede de topo que se inclina para trás (11) unidas juntas em uma vedação transversal de topo (12), caracterizada pelo fato da porção de topo em cumeeira incluir um par de abas laterais (13, 14) adjacentes a respectivas porções extremas (12a, 12b) da vedação transversal de topo (12) e dobradas para fora do volume superior da embalagem disponível para o produto alimentício e delimitadas pelas paredes de topo inclinadas para a frente e para trás (10, 11).
