Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA MONITORAR UM PRODUTO DE COMPLEXO FERRO-SACARìDICO, PARA PURIFICAR UMA COMPOSIçãO, E PARA PRODUZIR UMA COMPOSIçãO HEMATìNICA, COMPLEXO FERRO-SACARìDICO E, COMPLEXO HEMATìNICO RECONSTITUìDO". Um método para separar e purificar as espécies hematínicas ativas presentes nos complexos ferro-sacarídicos que compreendem o complexo de gliconato férrico em sacarose, complexo de hidróxido férrico-sacarose e complexo de sacarato férrico e outros de forma e de função similares, com base na separação do complexo ferro-sacarídico de um ou mais excipientes e, preferivelmente, a liofilização do complexo ferro-sacarídico permite sua quantificação analítica; a concentração ou purificação adicional como um produto novo e útil; a preparação de formulações reprojetadas para produtos farmacêuticos novos e úteis e/ou liofilização. A capacidade de separar o complexo ferro-sacarídico responsável pela função hematínica, incluindo a sua forma liofilizada, também fornece um meio para preparar material analífico para verificar e validar a sua integridade farmacológica, a segurança para o paciente e o desempenho clínico, bem como o monitoramento analítico, padronização e inspeção de controle de qualidade nos processos de fabricação hematínicos e estabelecimento de padrões para o uso com estes.
