Abstract

"RECIPIENTE DE ESTRADO PARA CARGA". A presente invenção refere-se a um recipiente de estrado para carga (10) compreendendo um recipiente interno com paredes finas (12), de preferência consistindo em um plástico termoplástico, para armazenar e transportar líquido ou materiais de enchimento de fluxo livre, uma armação tubular de barras metálicas, que circunda firmemente o recipiente plástico (12) e atua como um envoltório de suporte (14) e um estrado para carga base (16), no qual o recipiente plástico (12) assenta e no qual o envoltório de suporte (14) está conectado em uma maneira fixa. A fim de receber a certificação oficial, o recipiente de estrado para carga (10) deve ser submetido a vários testes de certificação, tais como um teste de pressão de compressão, teste de pressão interior ou um teste de queda. Durante o teste de queda, as barras de treliça verticais (20) são freq³entemente arrancadas ou cisalhadas para longe de sua fixação no estrado para carga base (16). De acordo com a invenção, para impedir tais efeitos prejudiciais, as barras tubulares (18, 20) do envoltório de suporte (14) são fornecidas com aspectos específicos na eventualidade do recipiente cair, os ditos aspectos permitem uma deformação plástica do envoltório de suporte (14) em pontos específicos predeterminados, enquanto impedem as barras tubulares individuais (20) de cisalhamento ou de serem arrancadas de sua fixação. De acordo com uma modalidade da invenção, os aspectos que permitem a deformação plástica do envoltório de suporte tomam a forma de um ponto de flexão acoplado com uma seção transversal reduzida das barras.
