Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE UM CORPO CERâMICO POR COALESCêNCIA E O CORPO CERâMICO PRODUZIDO". Processo de produção de um corpo cerâmico por coalescência, em que o processo compreende as etapas de: a) enchimento de um molde de pré-compactação com material cerâmico na forma de pó, pelotas, grãos e assemelhados; b) pré-compactação do material pelo menos uma vez; e c) compressão do material em um molde de compressão por pelo menos um golpe, em que a unidade de choque emite energia cinética suficiente para formar o corpo, quando do choque com o material inserido no molde de compressão, provocando coalescência do material. Um processo de produção de um corpo cerâmico por coalescência, em que o processo compreende compressão do material na forma de um corpo cerâmico sólido em um molde de compressão por pelo menos um golpe, em que uma unidade de choque emite energia suficiente para provocar coalescência do material no corpo. Produtos obtidos por meio dos processos inventivos.
