Abstract

"DERIVADOS HIDRAZìDICOS DO áCIDO PIRROLIDINO-2-CARBOXìLICO PARA USO COMO INIBIDORES DE METALOPROTEASES". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos da fórmula (I), onde R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ 3^, R^ 4^, R^ 5^ e X são como definidos na descrição e nas reivindicações, e seus ésteres e/ou seus sais de uso farmacêutico. Os compostos são úteis como inibidores de metaloproteases, como por exemplo, proteases de zinco, particularmente hidrolases de zinco, e que são eficazes no tratamento de estados doentios associados à vasoconstrição com ocorrências crescentes.
