Abstract

"ELEMENTO CONDUTOR DE BILETE E SEGMENTO CONDUTOR DE BILETE COM ELEMENTO CONDUTOR DE BILETE INTEGRADO". Elemento condutor de biletes numa instalação de fundição contínua de lingotes ou de tiras, que consiste de pelo menos dois rolos condutores de biletes (Sa, Sb) que formam um par de rolos atuando conjuntamente e que são apoiados em suportes de rolos (4, 7) situados um em frente do outro, sendo que pelo menos um suporte de rolos (7) está posicionado numa armação em comum para elementos condutores (2) podendo ser deslocado em relação ao suporte de rolos (4) defronte, e que o suporte de rolos deslocável está ligado ã armação para elementos condutores por meio de um dispositivo de deslocamento (10) e pelo menos um rolo (Sa, Sb) do par de rolos está acoplado a um acionamento rotativo (9a , 9b) . Para possibilitar a aplicação simétrica de uma força de pressão sobre o bilete de fundição com um dispêndio construtivo pequeno e garantir o alinhamento seguro dos rolos condutores de biletes que atuam em conjunto, bem como para obter uma redução dos custos de operação e do investimento, é proposta a adoção exclusivamente de um dispositivo de deslocamento (10) que agarra centralmente o suporte deslocável dos rolos (7) e a armação do elemento condutor (2) e de guias (15a, 16) no suporte deslocável de rolos (7) que estejam engrenadas com contraguias (15b, 16b) na armação do elemento condutor (2).
