Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un sistema de fundición continua, particularmente para productos de acero largos que tienen un troquel por gravedad desde donde se funde continuamente una placa (2) fundida. La placa (2) fundida se conforma a lo largo de un carril de guía constituido por rodillos de guía colocados uno después de otro (11, 12, 13, 14), particularmente un carril de guía curvado y se alimenta sustancialmente en una cámara de refrigeración que tiene cabezas de aspersión. Los rodillos (12, 13, 14) de guía y/o las cabezas de aspersión están presentes en una pluralidad de módulos (10) de centrado o módulos (3) de aspersión colocados uno después de otro y se pueden ajustar de manera sustancialmente concéntrica al eje objetivo de la placa fundida. Se reduce de manera significativa por este medio el riesgo de sobrecarga térmica de los rodillos y el daño a la superficie de la placa y también se asegura un enfriamiento simétrico.
