Abstract

"COPOLìMEROS DE BLOCOS DE PROPILENO DE ELEVADA FLUIDEZ". Compostos de 50 a 80% em peso de um homopolímero de propileno e de 10 a 70% em peso de um copolímero de propileno com 5 a 50% em peso de um C~ 2~-C~ 8~ alq-1-eno nele polimerizado, diferente do propileno, obtenível a partir da fase gasosa pela polimerização em dois estágios através de um sistema catalisador Ziegler-Natta, por meio do qual, em uma primeira etapa de polimerização, o propileno é polimerizado com uma pressão de 10 a 50 bar, uma temperatura de 50 a 100<198>C e um tempo médio de permanência da mistura de reação de 0,3 a 5 horas na presença de no mínimo 2,0% em volume - em relação ao volume total - de hidrogênio; então, o homopolímero de propileno obtido na primeira fase juntamente com o sistema catalisador Ziegler-Natta, é colocado em um reservatório intermediário, onde primeiramente permanece durante 0,01 a 5 minutos sob pressões inferiores a 5 bar e sob uma temperatura de 10 a 80<198>C e, em seguida, por compressão de uma mistura de gases, a pressão no reservatório intermediário é elevada novamente para 5 a 60 bar; após isso, o homopolímero de propileno, com o sistema catalisador Ziegler-Natta, é conduzido a uma segunda etapa de polimerização, onde, sob uma pressão de 10 a 50 bar, uma temperatura de 50 a 100<198>C e um tempo médio de permanência de 0,5 a 5 horas, no homopolímero de propileno é polimerizada uma mistura de propileno e C~ 2~-C~ 8~ alq-1-eno, sendo a proporção em peso dos monómeros reagentes na primeira e na segunda etapa de polimerização determinada de tal forma a se situar na faixa de 4:1 a 1:1.
