Abstract
"PLURAFLAVINAS E DERIVADOS DAS MESMAS, PROCESSO PARA A SUA PREPARAçãO E USO DAS MESMAS. A invenção de refere-se a um composto da fórmula (I), na qual R~ 1~ é um açúcar, R~ 2~ é CH~ 2~-O-(R~ 7~)m, R~ 7~ representando um açúcar, ou R~ 2~ é -COOH; R~ 3~ é um grupo que compreenda epóxi, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-alquila ou C~ 2~-C~ 6~ alquenila, não-substituídos ou substituídos com pelo menos um OH; R~ 5~ é H, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-alquila, C~ 2~-C~ 6~-alquenila e C~ 2~-C~ 6~ alquinila, R~ 4~,R~ 6~,R~ 8~ e R~ 10~ são cada um de modo independente um do outro H, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-alquila, C~ 2~-C~ 6~-alquenila e C~ 2~-C~ 6~ alquinila, -X~ 2~H, ou -X~ 2~R~ 12~ ou R~ 4~ e R~ 6~ em conjunto e/ou R~ 8~ e R~ 10~ em conjunto são = X~ 2~; X~ 2~ é O, NH, N-C~ 1~-C~ 6~-alquila, N-C~ 2~-C~ 6~-alquenila, ou S, R~ 12~ é C~ 1~-C~ 6~-alquenila, C~ 2~-C~ 6~-alquinila, C~ 2~-C~ 6~ alquinila, arila ou acila, e m e n são 1 ou 2; e os sais fisiologicamente aceitáveis dos mesmos. Os compostos podem ser obtidos a partir de uma cultura do microorganismo da espécie Actinomycetales HAG 003959, DSM 12931, através de fermentação. Por conseq³ência, a invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação dos mesmos e o uso dos compostos como agentes farmacêuticos, por exemplo como agentes antitumor.
