Abstract
"MéTODOS E VETORES PARA RECOMBINAçãO DE SìTIO ESPECìFICO EM PLASTìDIOS DE CéLULAS DE PLANTAS". A presente invenção se refere a novas composições e métodos de utilidade na engenharia genética de células de plantas. Em particular, são fornecidos construções de plastídios compreendendo sítios recombinantes. Tais construções encontram uso em métodos de recombinação de sítio específico, em plastídios de células de plantas. As células de plantas e plantas compreendendo as construções aqui descritas, assim como as células de plantas e plantas produzidas pelos métodos da presente invenção, são de interesse."METHODS AND VECTORS FOR THE RECOMBINATION OF SPECIFIC SITE IN PLANT CELL PLASTICS". The present invention relates to new compositions and methods of utility in the genetic engineering of plant cells. In particular, plastid constructions comprising recombinant sites are provided. Such constructions find use in specific site recombination methods, in plant cell plastids. Plant and plant cells comprising the constructions described herein, as well as plant and plant cells produced by the methods of the present invention, are of interest.
