Abstract
"VEGETAL TRANSGêNICO, E, MéTODO PARA ALTERAR O TEMPO DE FLORESCIMENTO OU A EXIGêNCIA DE VERNALIZAçãO DE UM VEGETAL". Polinucleotídeos recombinantes e métodos para modificar o tempo de florescimento de um vegetal são fornecidos. Os vegetais transformados com os polinucleotídeos recombinantes podem ter tempos de florescimento que são acelerados, retardados ou induzidos sob condições específicas. Adicionalmente, os vegetais transformados podem ter as exigências de vernalização alteradas."TRANSGENIC VEGETABLE, AND, METHOD TO CHANGE THE FLOWERING TIME OR THE VERNALIZATION REQUIREMENT OF A VEGETABLE". Recombinant polynucleotides and methods for modifying a plant's flowering time are provided. Vegetables transformed with recombinant polynucleotides can have flowering times that are accelerated, delayed or induced under specific conditions. In addition, processed vegetables may have changed vernalization requirements.
