Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A SEPARAçãO E PURIFICAçãO DE UMA MISTURA AQUOSA A PARTIR DOS COMPONENTES PRINCIPAIS áCIDO ACéTICO E áCIDO FóRMICO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a separação e purificação de uma mistura aquosa dos componentes principais ácido acético, ácido fórmico e componentes com alto ponto de ebulição por extração, por meio de um solvente em um processo de circulação, caracterizado pelo fato de que a corrente de refinado com uma grande parte da água é conduzida a uma coluna de purgação de solvente (11) para a centrifugação da água e a corrente de extrato é conduzida a uma coluna de destilação de solvente (8), da qual em uma primeira etapa através do topo são separadas uma mistura (A) com uma grande parte do solvente, de uma saída lateral uma mistura (B) constituída de ácido fórmico, água e solvente e através do depósito uma mistura (C) constituída de ácido acético e componentes com alto ponto de ebulição e para a ulterior elaboração a mistura (B) é transferida para uma coluna de destilação de ácido fórmico (4) e a mistura (C) é transferida para uma coluna de destilação de ácido acético (5), em seguida, o ácido acético puro é isolado na coluna de destilação de ácido acético (5) através do topo, na coluna de destilação de ácido fórmico (4) o ácido fórmico puro é isolado e através do topo é retirada uma mistura de solvente e água, a qual junto com a mistura (A) após a separação da fração de água, é reconduzida para o extrator (7).
